My Baby’s First Year series has been one of the most popular series’ I have run on this blog. It’s no surprise as to why, we moms are always looking for tips and advice and stories on how other moms made it through certain transitions with their little ones.
I went back and forth on if doing a follow up series with Elyse would be crazy or worth it, but I am coming to find out that it can be equally as helpful. Different babies have different temperaments and transition through different phases differently. Elyse is an incredibly easy baby, from day one she pretty much could put herself straight to sleep. However, it took her much longer to get the hang of the sleeping through the night consistently thing.
So I have decided to follow up my Baby’s First Year series with Baby’s First Year | Take Two. This series will share the different approaches I have taken this time around on certain transitions when relevant. I won’t repeat a lot of the information unless there is something that I think can significantly help you. Hopefully you will be able to see which posts will help you more by the temperament of your child. In doing a follow up series I am hoping that it will be able to help more moms since not every personality will be similar to Jase, and not every personality will be similar to Elyse.
