Once your baby hits a year old, schedules don’t change as drastically as they did their first year of life. During your baby’s first year it can feel like every time you get settled into one schedule, it’s time to change the schedule yet again. But don’t worry, you get a little more buffer time during the 12 – 18 month mark. The biggest change that comes in this next few months will be the transition to one nap, but you don’t want to do that too early. There will likely be a regression around this time, and then you’ll transition naps closer to 18 months.
This next year is so much fun. Your baby starts growing more and more into a toddler. They’ll be learning new words, learning to do things on their own, and it’s so much fun. This is one of my husband’s favorite stages because your baby becomes much more interactive. Check out what the schedule for your toddler looks like around this age below.
Toddler Sleep Schedule: 12 – 18 Months
2:30pm – Nap
4pm – Wake Up, Snack
